Responsibilities:

• Performs day-to-day data entry functions and general office duties, including but not limited to copying and answering incoming calls.
• Verify accuracy on all billing.
• Verifies all information is keyed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Enter orders using the client’s computer systems and provide timely and accurate processing.
• Responds to customer inquiries on delivery information.
• Scan documents and print, and file.

Qualifications for the position:

• One year of experience.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to accurately enter data.
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• High school degree or equivalent.
